BCBUA Provincial Championship Assignments

Hello Umpires,

Blaise and I thank each of you for your interest in working a 2026 Provincial Championship.

The BCBUA Board and Contract Committee worked hard to increase the number of assignments. We received over 100 applications, and the six-person Provincials Committee distributed assignments to as many deserving umpires as possible.

The committee primarily considered availability, ability, and location when determining assignments. We have a responsibility to our partners to ensure that the umpire quality meets the competition level, and that we manage travel costs.

Below is a list of all selected umpires for the 2026 tournament season. Congratulations to those receiving assignments; we look forward to a great tournament season.

To those we did not select, we thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, we received more applications than open positions, resulting in a highly competitive selection process. We encourage you to continue working hard, developing your skills, and we hope to see you on the list again next year!
